I am looking for old culvert pipes, old tractors old semi parts, old mowers, old cars, steel pipes, refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, any kind of old rusted metal or anythign steel..the heavier the better. Im just running out of places to find this stuff and I need ideas of where else to go looking.Thanks

Download Google Earth. Using the birds eye or the street level view you can peek into back yards without ever leaving home. Be sure to check the update date for the "map".
At my suggestion my friend expanded his swimming pool service using this method. He easily identified pools near his existing customers.

If your local junk yard is not producing the desired materials, you may have to start looking at specialty locations. Appliance repair places often have units sitting behind them waiting for a load large enough to have hauled. Check with them. Sometimes they will give them to you.
