what can i do when someone forge my pink slip?

A friend of my took my pink slip and forge my name. now i have a new lien holder on my car. What can i do now. who do i call ? the polices? do i need a lawyer? small claims court? please help me put the person who commited forgery to jail.

Call the Detectives at the police dept. This is a criminal matter! DO it now.
