needs of pizza customers include pizzas must arrive quickly, pizza should arrive hot, pizza should taste good and toppings must be sufficient. How can we achieve this?

Make the pizza's look how they look on the commercials.
When someone orders extra cheese.... actually do it, don't just charge for it and then put the regular amount on.
But as for how to achieve this....???
Pay the employees more than minimum wage so that they actually CARE about what they are sending out.

give them approximate time it will be delivered
make sure they get the correct pizza and all they ordered
only use fresh product
be consist ant in what you do, if you are going to make the very best pizza, do it the same all the time,same goes if you you are going to make a lousy pizza
don't play games buying on price
use the same sauce, cheese, dough,spices
the first sell is not important, it is the continuing sell after to the same customer
