Change your method of transport , or spend less time on your bike !

You don't say whether it is a Motor Bike or a Cycle , but either way......the human body is not designed to be in that position for too long !

Do some stretching exercises....don't ride your bikes for long periods with doing them.

Watch athletes on the Tv .....they always stretch before and after races......gets rid of Lactic Acid build up in the muscles......which leads to pain.

Your joints may be getting affected to, by your long stints in the saddle ! Careful !

Save up and get a car.....or get your friends or parents to take you in theirs !

I myself suffered from back pain for a long time until I was told what to do. Here is the secret although it may hurt it works very well. First of all understand that gravity is responsible, OK what to do. Lie flat on the floor with your toes pointing up wards. Place your hands under your head, now push your heals down so your toes point as far to your head as passable, you will feel the pull on your back but keep you back flat on the floor. now keeping your heals where they are push your toes as far forward as you can ( IE downwards) this action has the effect of straightening the spine do this several times. It will hurt. take a rest and do it two or three times more. this is to stretch the spine back so there is less pressure on it when you stand up, you will find that the back pain will dissipate and you will find it much easier to move. I hope this works for you as it does for me I get great relief from this exercises.

"Biker" here. If you ride a motorcycle, is it a CROTCH ROCKET or STREET CRUISER? If it's a CROTCH ROCKET (cafe racer style), get rid of it and get a street cruiser so you can sit up straight. If it's a BICYCLE, you might want to adjust your seat and/or handle bars. You're leaning over to much and putting too much strain on your lower back.
