I have a toshiba A-135- originally loaded with vista home basic, upgraded ram of 1 gb, 1.6 ghz speed, i can connect, but no luck in downloading, browsing, or going to certain sites. i am really struggling! I am using a nokia 3220 with CA-42 USB data cable for a modem.

Check your PC User Manual to see if your PC has a built-in telephone jack. If so, plug it into the wall and try it. Call your ISP to get the proper phone number.
Then, try again using your Cell. If it doesn't work, call Nokia.

ok try this
1. turn off ur firewall bcos firewall restric some site
2.check ur modem.it is connected correctly
