Tobacco has been proven to affect sperm count. It says so on many cigarette packs in Europe. Not sure about in America as I haven't bought smokes there lately. As for fruits and veggies, I couldn't help you there. Less tobacco is a good place to start...:o)

Tobacco kills of sperm count. So it's not your fault but his.
I suggest he cuts down or compleately stops, since he'll have to anyway when the child comes.

Tobacco adversley affects growth during/after pregnancy. Please ask your husband to stop it immediately.

Fruits/ Vegetables are unlikely to help if he continues to consume tobacco.

Progeny is likely to become weak, if your hubby continues his habits !!

See a doctor at fertility clinic.

Some times it takes time and money to have a child in rear cases.

Do not over look adoption, if all fails.
