Well, depends how you pass Easter in your religion, if if is not a holiday for you, then just carry on as usual, it's entirely up to you if you want to wish your co-workers a happy Easter.

That is entirely your own decision, remember if you do wish co-workers a happy easter that they will return the wish to you, so it it doesn't offend you and your beliefs wishing people a happy easter and being wished a happy easter then go for it!

Go ahead with the Happy Easter wish, no problems there.
As for Good Friday, I would just stay away from all Gentile co-workers in the afternoon. Some may hold resentment towards your people for the murder of their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Sure, why would'nt you want to be polite? They can wish you a happy Passover in return. Happy co-existence with different views, boy, that would solve a lot of problems if humans could learn that trick.

Its your own decision but I think that you should. Reason being when you have Hanukkah,Passover or the day that you guys fast I am sure that you would want them to wish you well as well. It wont kill you to wish them well,just a nice gesture.
