I believe Jon Stewart answered this question...
"...you can get around that with the legal technique of taking the word 'constitution' and adding the word 'shmonstitution' to the end of it."

Aw, Come on. She looked so good with her pretty scarf on her head. Why did she turn and hide from the news camera? I couldn't understand that.
Her constitution is foremost, not oUrS.

Yes she did but her word is worthless, for some reason she thinks shes the president, and her office supercedes the consitutional authority which is limited to presiding over the house.

Yes. But she tells herself it is ok to uphold only SOME parts. She is in collusion with Terrorist States [no one doubts that] it remains to be seen how bad the DEMOCRAT SELLOUT is going to hurt the US.

What in god's earth does it have to do with the Constitution, which by the way George-boy is wiping his rear end with, yet you remain silent about the gross disregard by those elites who consider themselves above it in this shameful administration.-I am not a Democrat.

Yes, and I thank her for doing the job Condie Rice should have done over two years ago. There is nothing wrong with diplomacy or dialogue. Bush still is holding his breath and turning blue.
