Yes she did but her word is worthless, for some reason she thinks shes the president, and her office supercedes the consitutional authority which is limited to presiding over the house.

Yes. But she tells herself it is ok to uphold only SOME parts. She is in collusion with Terrorist States [no one doubts that] it remains to be seen how bad the DEMOCRAT SELLOUT is going to hurt the US.

Yes, and I thank her for doing the job Condie Rice should have done over two years ago. There is nothing wrong with diplomacy or dialogue. Bush still is holding his breath and turning blue.
