how do design an e-mail?

i want to design a HTML mail with images and text..... plz lemme know how to do this on photoshop....

You don't do this in Photoshop. What you do is to create pictures and images in Photoshop to place on you html page that you are going to use as a background.

A word of warning. Most pictures/Photos are large in terms of memory. To use images in an email background they MUST be compressed as small as is reasonable. Doing this will affect the quality of the image.
You cannot just create an html page and say that is it. You must check the size of the html page and all the elements that go to make up the complete email background.
The best way to do this is to send an email to yourself and see what size the message is.
