If you have a USB port in your PC, I suggest you get a USB adapter. Usually it has an extension cable that would enable you to position the antenna for best signal reception. Depending on the brand, it could cost you $25 - 30.

Try tiger direct. You should find a cheap PCI wireless card for less than 20 bucks. DONT buy a rebate offer tho! You will never see the rebate!
