Are you asking how to break up a long distance relationship, or are you asking what to do with a long distance relationship that is breaking up? Or what?
To break up over a long distance relationship, you should probably try to phone the other person and talk about it over the phone.
If you can't contact them by phone then I guess you could email them or SMS them. This sort of break up is often rude and hurtful and doesn't allow people to clarify things.
If your relationship is breaking up, you should probably try to distract yourself and get on with doing other things. You could try answering lots of other peoples questions on Yahoo!Answers for instance.
There are many things that you can do to cope with a relationship that is breaking up. Many of the good things include: talking with your friends, talking with your family, getting active and doing many physical things (sport, cycling, just walking about).
Some people prefer to write poetry or songs, or to paint, sculpt or otherwise create during their depressive periods.
It's important to keep yourself active to stop your mind from wandering back to what is making you unhappy.
When enough time has passed, it would be a good thing to have a think about why the relationship failed and try to learn from the mistakes of the past for the benefit of your future relationships.
