It's like when the opportunity come at you, but since you're not feeling right (It always the feeling I have, I must convince my feeling all the time, when it takes days, then the opportunity gone). It makes me thinking, I'm wasting my time try to convince myself, but less doing anything, thus makes me not an effective person.

It's not a good attitude, right?

Wow, we are having the same problems,

It sounds like problems of procastination ....
and Perhaps you are not having the right motivation for the work because the work itself should make you feel good but getting things done...

but somehow at that time you don' t feel good because some reasons or perhaps you lack something??? (i mean most people will feel like their battery is fully charged when doing things they love or after they got back from traveling or being with friends and their loved one) .

I can give suggestions that dont' set too much high goal , and work little by little, and allot time for "play" and "work" incase that your work is not so enjoyable....

Ultimately is the technique i used to practice but long time ago...you can try meditation that will keep you emotionally calm enough to work through things without
emphasize to much on emotion...but using
more of your brain...

Meditation is like clear your thoughts and try to focus on your breathing...i hope it helps

Try reading, "The Seven Habits of Highly Successful People" so that you can decide in advance what you want and then create the opportunities. That will help you feel more in control and that you're not just waiting for and missing opportunities. You can become effective, but you need to see yourself as in control of the opportunities that will come to you.
