yes,we can.But solar panels are too expensive and it might be disadvantageous.

We can, but current solar power technologies are able to convert only a part of the light available from the sun into useful energy (about 3%). This means that there is not too much power available in real time (as the car is driving), to power the batteries and provide power to the motor.

Solar cells are also too expensive, and this is a barrier to entry

Not directly, since the average car weighs too much for the solar panels to produce enough electricity "on the fly", to move it. If you get an electric car, you may be able to produce enough electricity throughout the day from solar panels, then store it, charge your car overnight, and run it for a few hours the next day. In Australia, we have a Solar Challenge every year with solar powered cars, and the only way to generate enough energy is to make them basically solar panels with 4 bicycle wheels and a lightweight body and a single passenger.

As on date you have some cars which run by solar energy.the problem is the panels are too big and the cabin will be like egg size. The speed is also not better than a bicycle. But the day will come when the earth says no for oil, then you may be having good cars using solar energy. You have given some words in alien language.what is the meaning for them.

we can actually do it but because the weight of an average car is much more than a light bulb a lot of energy will be needed. Right now the solar energy is only being used for bulbs and fans etc.

Sure.

Buy an electric car, and fit a wind powered generator to charge it with.

See how long it takes you to charge it.
