NO! The video to me was about her guy who she found out was cheating. She followed him to the club where she confronted him, and consequently was kicked out of the club. In the car part I think it was symbolic that even though he was cheating on her, she was still on his "mind" subconsciously. Hope it helps. I agree it is an odd video. She isn't known for normal videos though. Haha have you seen "You Learn"? She rides a white horse in a basketball gym.

In the video, she isn't really stalking the guy, just the girl. The guy is the girl's boyfriend so she follows the guy to get to the girl.
