I don't think the money has anything to do with it. No morals? Well...everyone has to make their own choices. The horrible attitude would have me calling this person miserable and maybe a jerk.

I would call that person POOR.
Why? Because when all is said and done, it doesn't matter how much money you have. If you're not happy and you don't know how to treat others, then it just really doesn't matter how wealthy you are in the "material sense", because you are socially and morally bankrupt.
