Say a prayer to God, first! Thank the person and be forever grateful. Take the person out to a fancy restaurant and probably buy a nice gift for that person. I'd treat that person as family from then on and try to be there for that person and that person's family from there-on-in.

Thank them verbally and in writing.
I would also introduce them to my family and friends so that they could see how many people's lives they REALLY saved!

In my culture the response would be you were at their service for the rest of your lives. Not really but that is sure the way I'd feel.

I say "thank you so much, you don't know how happy I am!"
If it is a boy,I would kiss him on the cheek.
If it is a girl,I would just say thank you!
