What is the best compositon of surfactants of deinking agent ?

Dear all ,

I want to formulate a deinking agent based on surfactants . I prefer to use Nonyl Phenol Ethoxylate . Please keep me the best composition of NPE for this purpose . Besides this , I also appreciate if you can give me the best recipe of deinking agent ( not only NPE in recipe )

nonionic surfactant . . . consisting of nonylphenol ethoxylates containing between 7 to 12 ethoxy groups and maintains a hydro-lipophobic balance between 7 and 12

Typical deinking chemical additives employed during a deinking process may include sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, sodium silicate, hydrogen peroxide, surfactants, chelants (such as DTPA-diethylene triamine penta acetic acid), and calcium chloride, etc.

My guess: Best agent will depend on ink and paper.
