Agree with the above. It's the intensity of the sun that's important, I spend time high in snow covered mountains and wandering about on ice sheets and have to take precautions against snowburn - the sun reflected off the snow. It can be 50 below freezing and still get tanned.

I'm going to hazard a guess that you're in the UK (probably London or the southeast) as that's the forecast for today. There will probably be a light breeze so it will be plesant sunbathing weather, bit more cloud tomorrow but sunny again on Sunday.

yes if you have enugh sun light to get a tan you will it isn't the temperature that helps you get a tan it's the exposure to the suns rays.
