is the s a z or a s sound?
coz it is likely that s followed by e is going to be a z sound.

Hm, I see what you mean (pun intended). Well, it's not eyes train - which would be z, but eye strain - which is s. (English teacher.)

while im no longer thinking, and attempt to assert 'incredibly', i pronounce it as 'radder'... my acquaintances continually snigger. theres another words like that like 'segregation'.. (i pronounce it "sagergation".. if i dont' think of) and that i had stressful time attempting to assert 'enemy' for no reason. lol
