Ok so Im 5'8" and weigh 147. Thats good right? Im trying to get down to the lowest weight that is healthy for my size, i dont want to look gross.

132 is the lowest weight for your height according to the bmi calculator I found.

Not only does BMI factor in to the equation but the type of bodyframe you have will play in to it as well. You check to see what kind of a bodyframe you have by taking your thumb and little finger and wrap it around your wrist. If they meet at the tips you have a medium body frame. If it's a small frame the fingers will not go around and meet. For large it will go beyond the meeting point.

When one builds bonemass it can make one look very heavy.

I would double check with your dr to be on the safe side.

try 135 to 140

like 147 is way over the line....but plumpness suits some women....

You didn't mention your age. That should also be part of the equation.
