Claim against the girl friends insurance company. Medical bills, pain and suffering, loss of employment and any thing else that your attorney can dream up.

This could pay for the wedding.

if she was a willing passenger in the car at fault you will be lucky to get medical expenses without a good lawyer
but if baby seems OK dont except any settlement until after the babies born you never know what could be wrong

Not enough information to come to any conclusion. Unless your girlfriend suffered an irreperable loss (such as losing her unborn child) insurance will only likely pay for medical bills.

Not enough info really. Depends on state and circumstances. Could be negligence and not clear if friend was driving your gf's car or her own car....please add more info
