Should wife confront him? Is this evidence sufficient to confront his cheating pattern? Would you confront him or just ask for divorce based on general excuses?

What I can make out of the term cheating which you mention here is adultery which you want to use as a ground to get divorce from your husband. For this ground of adultery you need not have to prove by evidence the actual sexual intercourse but any evidence & circumstance that ultimately leads to this conclusion that an act of sexual intercourse took place between the two parties, will be sufficient. But his nude sexual web chatting & his invitation to meet for fun itself will not be sufficient for this, actually you require something more then this, at least an actual meeting between him & any other lady, which ultimately leads both of them in an isolated place/room, will achieve your purpose, on the basis of all these evidence you can satisfy the court his act of adultery & get decree of divorce from him. Get all such evidence & move petition for divorce against him. Without these evidence you wont get divorce on the ground of adultery, but his habit of nude sexual web chatting can be a reason for mental cruelty, but this activity should be in a continues process in spite of his being told to stop it by you, if you have such an evidence then move the court for divorce on the ground of mental cruelty & achieve your goal for getting divorce on this ground. For the first ground i.e. adultery even his indulgence in sexual intercourse even once is sufficient to get divorce but for second ground of mental cruelty it should be a continues process for sufficient period of time. Dear do u really think u shd confront him.... i mean fine i agree that he is doing something wrong on the internet.. but instead of disturbiing ur own mind and diturbing his.. its better if u talk to him about all this in open.. he would like that thats what i think.. and if he is not happy with anything.. he might tell u upfront that dear this is what im missing in our relationship.. at least once u shd try this.. and if this doesnt work out then u can very easily go out of this marriage.. bcz untill then he wont realise his mistake.. but all can b done in a cool manner.. hope u geting my point.. Very simple file a 498a and DV act. You will not only get a easy divorce (bcoz no evidence is required by women if she files for divorce in India, jus tears in front of judge is the evidence) but on top of that lots of money as alimony and also revenge bcoz you can send all his family behind bars (including his sick parents, young kids and unmarried sisters). I am surprised thats women still needs to think so much before filing for divorce. Jus talk to any lawyer of walk to any police station and the whole government machinery will work in your favour and screw the bloody man who tried to cheat you. Go ahead and rob him of everything ruin his life and you are an indian women.

I don't think a divorce is warranted in this situation. If he does meet the woman, which I doubt he will, he will be face to face with the reality that window shopping is often more fun than the purchase. The internet and web cams have opened up the door for many men and women to safely act out their fantasies. Most do not follow thru with actual meetings, and if they actually do meet the person of their dreams , it is usually a nightmare in the end.

Poor her and poor him I think she is working or living oversea and he is alone and trying to satisfy his needs. He can do same nude webcam fun with his wife. There is alot missing in this relationship and I think this has to be shorted out between these two people and decide how they want to deal with the situation and what is left to pick up and try again or its all over. Cyber sex is addictive if he has gone that route I would not want him. Next he will be meeting in real life and God knows he could bring you home something that won't wash off. You don't need a disease or to support someone other woman's baby. Just move on you need and deserve a man that will treat you with dignity and respect. There are times it is better to be alone this is one of them.

Well what shoudl a husband be doing if he is diprived of sex from his wife?? Cohabitation is a major major part of every successfull marriage.
But the Indian Ladies of these days have become more materialistic, prioratize their carreer and finances to family ties/relations!!!
