It's true. We never know what people are going through when we meet them just going through life each day. That's why we should be more patient with people. Many people are in pain physically and emotionally and still try to live life as normal as possible.

ppl who hide pain, nothing to blame - hiding sometimes just want this feeling goes faster, not living inside the body anymore

They who hide their pain so well, know well enough that display of pain can be more painful than the pain itself.

I take it as the sign of a highly hierarchic society. We do not encourage members of our society to express their true feelings. If you doubt this, next time you're at a formal occasion (Board meeting, job interview, etc...) think how inappropriate expressing many of your thoughts and feelings would be considered.
