It would really depend on so many different things, but if I was to meet someone I would be sure to bring a friend along (probably a big guy) just in case whoever shows up to meet is a little unhinged.
But, I'm being mean or anything, I still find it quite sad that people meet on the internet - go out a bit.

No, I didn't come on here to use it as a dating site. I have my own circle of friends, and date after looking someone straight in the eye.
Having said all that, maybe after chatting for several months there would be a possibility. I only joined in November 2006, so I am a new girl to all this.
I am aware that there are a lot of lonely people on this site, so they must weigh up the pros and cons.
I like the personal contact through my social activities...

how long would i have known them for on here?
if i could see a real pic of them but how do i know its a real pic?
if i was a women i wouldn't advise it well not meeting someone on my own anyway
think its mostly down to the individual but with the way things are in the world/this country nowadays i doubt it

Only if they gave me enough back round information and enough time to confirm the information that they gave me. I would not just go meet someone; because they seem nice through correspondence; people have been murdered that way in the past.

Only if I got to know the person...Then met them somewhere in public..(so I didn't end up dead in a field somewhere)
