Going to see the doctor is the best thing you can do. Headaches are caused by all kinds of things, including fatigue and stress.
Eye strain can also bring them on. I know there are more serious causes for headaches, but those things generally have more symptoms and aren't relieved with Tylenol.
Your blood pressure does seem a bit low. Are you eating enough? Not eating can lower your blood pressure, and can contribute to headaches.
High blood pressure (really high) can cause headaches, but those are usually in the back of head.
Don't take too much Tylenol, it's bad for your liver. Migraines usually have more symptoms as well, like seeing lights, being sensitive to light and nausea or vomiting.
Hope your doctor can help you figure it out. Get some sleep, it may help.

It might be hormones, but it might be something else. I would talk to your doctor if you can. Excedrine and Midol are also good for headaches, but should be taken in small doses. Also-do the headaches occur when you are looking at bright light (such as sun)? If so, wear sunglasses. They could be induced by stress. In that case take time to relax every day.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck.
Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at

Have you seen a doctor?! Yes, for 15 years old, that is really low! How is your blood SUGAR? That could have alot to do with your headaches! All of that Tylenol is hard on your liver!
Good luck!

it might be low blood sugar, it might have to do with your blood pressure, and it also could be you need an eye test, i had horrid head aches at 12, the next year i finally got an eye test when i asked mom what a tent was doing next to the neighbors pond, and she looked out the window, and said what tent? i said that green one, she said oh lord, its a pick up truck not a tent.
