When my cat eats too fast and or comes whining for more food soon after eating, I say "You're an animal!".

To my Border Collie when he gets really silly with his antics
"You're just a Goofy Boy!"

To my cat Charma, who gets so squirmy when you talk to her that she will fall off the stair she has been laying on. She is neither lady-like, nor gracefully cat-like. I say to her, "You're just a Weany- Burger".

To my cat Boni, "how's da Bon Bon, yer Highness?" Boni is a very snooty, full-of-herself, cat. Quite the opposite of her sister Charma.

To my cat Colby who is an incredibly affectionate cat and when he's not beside me I just say, "Where's my Coby Cat?" and he comes running to adore me.

To my cat Devin, "Silly Devy-Wevy". He does the Zoomies around the house morning, noon, and night. And when he stops, he has this, wide-eyed, "What'd I do?" expression on his face.

To all of my pet rats first thing in the morning, "Good Morning ya Rotten Rodents!"

I don't have any funny things that I say to my Betta (Siamese Fighting Fish) or my Tiger Salamanders.

I would say "I love you more than anything in this world, and I have felt that way since the moment you took your first breath. You have brought me so much joy and made every second of my life a blessing, Please remember all the sweet times we've had, and keep them in your heart for when there's a rainy day ahead. There will be trials and tough times in your life, but remember I will always be watching over you. Never let anyone convince you that you are not special, never follow anyone when you can be a leader. Always be honest and tell people what is in your heart. Never be afraid to love and recieve love....." It's too tough to write anymore. The thought of not seeing my son grow up is too hard to ponder, but you get the idea.

Well, this is a bit embarassing, but I say lots of silly things to my pet Lorikeet like. Jadey-Bo-ness has four toe-nesses on his little footling-nesses. And they are the most beauuuuutiful toe-lings in the whole world-ness. Or I tell him that Jady-Bo is scarier than a Wedge-Tail Eagle and that makes the other birdies cry-ness. Or Jadey-Bo teepering-ness is so big and scarey he could eat a kangaroo-ling ALL in one bite. I also sing a song to him that goes something like Jeepers Creepers Jadey-Bo has big ol peepers. I call my kangaroo Louisa "Louisa Mae Hops-A-Lot. I could go on and on. I am constantly talking and singing to my pets. The sillier the better.

Whenever my male cat Bastian does something weird or stupid, I say "what the hell?...freaky cat." ( I said it so often that "freakycat" became my nickname). And whenever he's just sitting there I'll say "who's handsome?...is it you?". When my female cat Meeka is laying around I'll say "who's a sexy girl?" Its like she understands cus she meows at me every time I say it.

When my rabbits Gypsy and Gemini are doing something naughty, I'll say "Hey!....Don't make me turn you into stew". When my parakeet Maurice is chirping at himself in the mirror, I'll say "Maauuuuriiiiiiice....who's that pretty boy in the mirror??"

Hubby and I always say "You fat head!" to our cat Ripley, and I also call Ripley a "Sook head" all the time too. Another pet name for Ripley is "Puddin' Head' or "Puddin" (as in pudding).
When I feed my gold fish I always say "Pig fish!" as they always want food.
And I'm always calling my budgies "Stoopid birds" or "Silly creatures".

=)

" Yep. youre my kittys alright." My cats name is "John Kitty Melon Cat" we have other pet names for short , like Melon or Melon Head. Sometimes I call him John Kitty. My son named the other, its name, Bugsy Malone. We call her Bug or Bug-A-Boo. I always ask her "Sup, Bug-A-Boo"? These cats are always talking to us, with their little cat demands and all that.

When I leave for work in the morning, I tell the guinea pigs that they're in charge until I get home.

It's really dorky but I always sing to my dog (when no one is home) whatever comes to mind, I sing instead of talking.
