Cold water. I have not found anything that will quench your thirst like water. Most products have sodium (salt) in them as a preservative. Try a glass full of ice and water. Don't need bottled water. A gallon of top brand bottled water will cost more than a gallon of gasoline. Just use water through a filter system.

a cold glass of water works
unless I'm drinking then its a long island iced tea (they get you messed up fast)
or if i have been in the yard all day, some ice cold Gatorade

iced tea with just a little sugar and lemon. a cold glass of milk is also great. i like to put a glass mug full of whole milk in the freezer for about 20 minutes before i drink it, yummy.
