I'm 5'7", and was ~120lbs. two years ago, at the time that I got my breast augmentation surgery. So basically I was close to your size, but a little skinnier. I went from a 34A to a full 34C. I did not feel that a full C was too big at all...many people have told me that it is very proportionate. If anything, I think I could have even pulled off going a size bigger than I did, since I'm tall.
Over time when the implants dropped into place, they seemed to be slightly bigger. That, coupled with a 10-14 lb. recent weight gain, has caused my boobs to increase a little so now they are halfway between a full C and small D cup. Therefore, keep in mind that when you first get boobs, they will be swollen and therefore bigger at first, then they'll go down 1/2-1 cup size when the swelling mitigates, but then they'll appear about 1/2 size bigger when the implants drop down into place(I think the term is called "fluffing"?).
I think a full C would be perfectly proportionate for you. Yeah a C cup sounds huge now since you are an A cup, but trust me...after you get used to having C cups, they will not seem so big and you might even wish you'd gone even bigger. If anything, perhaps go a little bigger(to a small-to-mid D), because most girls who get implants end up wishing they'd gone bigger.

Honestly, the best thing to do is do what you feel is right. Look at other people who have similar figures as you and see what sizes you like the best (no matter how you go about finding out). This is a big decision and don't rush into it, make sure that when you get it done you get it done for all the right reasons and preferably in a hospital for safety precautions. ALSO if you just want to get a feel for some, get some of those gel insert things and see which one feels/looks the best. There's nothing better than personal experience.

I am 5'5" 110 pds. I have a small frame and am well proportioned. Personally I think I should have done a regular C, rather than a full. I think if your intent is to look proportionate you should try to balance your chest in proportion with your hips. Don't let any doctor talk you into going slightly bigger than you think appropriate. It is too common a look these days on every plastic surgery show they push the envelope often making women look top heavy. It doesn't look natural and rather than someone seeing you and thinking you have an attractive nicely proportioned body they think boob job. Since you weigh 20 pds. more perhaps a full C would look great on you. With my petite figure I have had many people ask me if I have had a boob job. I think had I gone a tiny bit smaller it wouldn't be so obvious. I'd rather have them look great, but believable.Good luck.

that sounds about right. not to big and yet on a small person look like they are. A perfect optical illusion. At least that is what a full C would be like for you. i myself have full natural C's and when i was 110 looked like i had a D.
However see what is right for you and don't allow anyone to tell you otherwise. There your breasts and you have to live with them so think wisely and your choices.

When you go for your consultation, the doctor should be able to help you make the decision that is right for your frame. When my mom got her reduction, the doctor did a bunch of weird measurements and told her exactly how big she should be, where her nipples should be, etc. They're very thorough.

A natural women is a truly happy woman. And that has to come from within. Changing something that is impermanent is liking being deluded to the fact that we all die.
Learn to view your body as a beautiful gift rather than a curse. If you're secure with it, no one else can break you with their insecurities.
It is your choice. But since you asked, my answer is stay the way you are.
