I just invented an awesome new game need to find a way to sell it and not let any1 copy my idea waht should me done ?

It is sort of a board game and btw im not a bussiness person so any easy way !

You could try some of the smaller game publishing companies. Such as Shrapnel

Or you can try marketing it yourself. You might create something using an online shop site such as CafePress. Sell the board on a poster, and sell the pieces as something that can be cutout like the greeting or postcards. Or even on the small magnets.
