i heard that if you want to lose weight it's better to do 30min or plus cardio before a work out. then i heard that it's better to do after a work out. can any one tell me who's right and what do you do too.

Cardio is going to be beneficial....including for weight lose....either way. Personally I have always done my cardio after my workout. It helps me relax...continuing to oxygenate the muscle groups worked. At 53 I am 6 foot and weight 177lbs....just 5 pounds more than when I was a senior in high school.
