A few times the spell check just ran and ran and did not stop. When it does this does it mean that my words are so far off that a match cannot be found?

This many times happens due to a technical error. In such cases, you can do either of the following to start the spell check:
1. Click on 'Preview' when the spell check arrows are rotating, and when the preview is presented, click on 'Back' at the top of the screen. This would bring you back to your answer screen. Now again try the spell check.
2. Click on 'Preview', and then on 'Modify'. You can then try the spell check when the same answer you have typed appears for you to modify.

It may just not have you particular word listed in its database.

Sometimes when this happens, I'll type in an alternate into the suggestion box and it will be happy.
