If the first child was bb (with Tay Sach's), then Jack and Jill were both Bb Bb with regard to Tay Sach's.

In the previous problem, they were Tt and tt for tongue rolling.

Their children have a 3/4 chance of being normal with regard to Tay Sach's (possibilities being BB, Bb, bB, bb) and a 1/2 chance of being a tongue roller.

In probability, AND means you have to multiply the fractions.
3/4 normal AND 1/2 tongue roller
3/4 * 1/2 = 3/8
Answer is C.
