First, I stopped taking the pill a month ago then had a yeast infection that I treated and the symptoms ceased a few days ago. I had sex with my boyfriend last night and it was painful. The initial insertion didnt hurt but after awhile I felt sore and raw. We were using lubricated condoms but I don't know if lubrication was the problem. We then tried later and it was even more painful, this time initially. Please, any info is appreciated.

I had the same problem when i got off the pill. so i decided to go to the doctor and found that i also had a bladder infection. Although what you are describing I would go see a doctor and have a pap done asap.

Hello, I'm on the second week and seeing definite improvement on my yeast infection symptoms:

Note that: If the yeast infection doesn't respond to over the counter treatment, prescription medication will likely be necessary. Similarly, if the symptoms return after two months of being treated, you should contact the doctor for professional treatment rather than resorting again to home treatment.

If this is the first time you have experienced a yeast infection, you should schedule an appointment to have the condition treated by a doctor instead of resorting to home treatment

You may have not cleared the infection up intirely or it could be that it wasnt a yeast infection to begin with! It could be something else. Go see the Dr, but in the meantime don't have anymore intercourse.

Good luck

first - try avoiding the scented and artificially lubricated condoms. they are very dangerous chemicals. try getting to know why you are not lubricating naturally. tell your boyfriend to use tantra vaginal massage and also clitoral massage and then the g-spot pressure. these should be done during foreplay which lasts about 45 minutes minimum - by this time you become aroused and natural secretion and lubrication would have been there in your vagina - then the entry of the penis would be easier and he can pump your vagina for about 14-15 minutes easily for you to achieve orgasm - all without pains !!!
