Death penalty: Completly 100% for it. People that get the death penalty deserve what they got.
Abortion: Against unless it is an absolute must.
Gay Marriage: Don't really care.
Harsher punishments: Totally for it. The way the law is, there are so many loopholes to get out of severe punishments. I say the sentence, at minimum, should be 25-life without chance of parole.

1. death penalty: I'm pro if the person executed did something to a child, like raping or killing a child.
2. abortion: there are also exceptions, in case of rape should be legal or in case the family is too big and doesn't have economical power to survive.
3. gay marriage: for, have nothing against them, if by marrying they are happy, good for them.
4. harsher punishments for sex offenders: for all the way baby! they deserve the worst kind of punishment in the world.

1. I'm unsure on this one. I think in some cases, such as people who keep committing the same crimes (sex offenders and serial killers), then yes. But in some situations, I believe in giving people a second chance
2. I would personally never do it. I think there should be stricter rules. I think if a woman is raped, she should have the option to abort. But I don't think it should be a form of birth control, like some woman do.
3. To each their own.
4. Yes, especially pedophiles. I think pedophiles are sick f*cks. But I'd rather see than spend their lives, rotting in jail, getting harasses and the sh*t kicked out of them by the other inmates. Death is to good for them.

1. Against: Its stupid to punish someone for killing another person by KILLING them. How redundent is that? It's better to make them suffer in prison.
2. For abortion in certain cases: Rape: FOR, they shouldn't have to suffer with a child and have a constant reminder of being raped but in other cases AGAINST: You know the consequences of having sex so deal with them if bad things happen.
3. AGAINST!!! Marriage is something sacred between a man and a woman. Legalize it but don't call it "marriage."
4. Im not sure on this one, i haven't really looked into it but sex offenders should be punished especially if on a second offense.

1. Against
2. For (I wouldn't personally but I wouldn't take the right away from others)
3. Absolutely for. I can't believe they are denied in the US.
4. Oh yeah. Way too lenient and currently further victimize the victims while protecting the criminals.
PS: I'm Canadian but we have the same issues. Well except the death penalty.

1. against- two wrongs don't make a right
2. for- its a woman's body and her right to choose. Furthermore women with terminal illnesses, who suffered through being raped, or whose pregnancy jeopardizes their own lives should not be forced by legislation, regulated by middle aged men, to give up their right to choose bwhats right for THEIR bodies and lives.
3. for- two consenting adults who love eachother are entitled to the right to marry. In addition marriage gives couples inheritance, insurance, custodial, tax, and other benefits that are not afforded to unmarried couples. Those who are against same-sex marriage use the Bible as their crutch. However, we live in a society built on the concept of separation of church and state. According to the supreme court ruling of Loving v.s. Virginia (which legalized interracial marriage) any two consenting adults have the right to marry (siblings and first cousins are the exceptions). Therefore, policies against same-sex marriage is unconstitutional.
4. for- It seems as though the policies that we have now protect offenders more than children which you look over state and national policies.
