Jai, my travel agent might be of help. you can depart from SFO to Manila depends on what airline you choose. They don't cater to Phil airlines though. Mostly Asiana, Northwest, Cathay, Eva air, Korean air. let me know if you want their number.

check www.expedia.com or www.travelocity.com or www.cheaptickets.com...
then compare it with the price you see on the philippines airline website (www.philippinesairlines.com)
