How do I hang things to the outside of my stucoo house?

I want to hang a flat-backed ceramic figure on the back of the house on the stucco wall around the chimney. In front, I want to move the house numbers from the post where they are obscured by wisteria vines, to the side of the garage door. Should I use an adhesive? Screws? Hire someone to stand there and hold it?

go get stucco screws it will lasts longer then other.

Use the same technique that you'd use on drywall, it's very similar.
