I'm not sure if it's the stress itself, but it's more the effects of stress. Frown lines are wrinkles and if you're stressed you're more likely to make them. If you're stressed you might not sleep as well or eat as well, and that all makes you look older, neglect skincare, makes your body less healthy and yes causes wrinkles.

Not scientificaly but free radicals, these electrically-charged molecules actually attack the healthy cells in your body. They tear through the cell membrane, compromising its function and structure, and ultimately destroying it. One free radical can lead to others in a destructive chain reaction called oxidation, which leads to skin damage and aging. It manifests as fine lines, wrinkles, uneven and dull skin tone and loss of firmness and elasticity.
Go to this website it talks a lot about our skin and how we can better care for it. Our goal is to turn 40 and not to look 40. http://www.artistry.com/en/skincare/free-radicals-and-anti-aging-10617.aspx
You need to take away dead skin cells weekly. This prevents future wrinkles and make you have more radiant skin. Your skin is constantly renewing itself. Skin cell renewal occurs every 15 to 30 days. Here's how it works: Plump, fresh cells develop in the bottom or basal layer of the epidermis, then make their way up to the surface or stratum corneum. Eventually these cells dehydrate and flatten until they slough off and are replaced by new cells. Use this product http://cgarcia1.qhealthbeauty.com/products/product.aspx?itemno=104210 I hope this will help you and also go to http://www.artistry.com/en/skincare/artistry-skin-care-10512.aspx if you want to start taking care of your skin NOW and learn what you can do about it before the first signs of aging appear. YIKES!
As we age, this renewal process tends to slow. It can also be affected by certain skin disorders, including dermatitis and psoriasis.
