We want diamonds. Diamonds are sparkling during night if you shine light on them, but pearls are not as sparkling. Diamonds are good to take out and show off during tea parties, and most events. Good for all ages.

If I absolutely HAD to choose one over the other, I think I'd choose diamonds because of their resale possibilities & the simple fact that they are easier to conceal than a pearl is! I really prefer Rubies & Emeralds!

I personally prefer opals, but if I had to choose I'd say diamonds. I think cultured pearls are cruel, and since most of them are cultured I don't buy them, but that's just me.

Neither :) ....If i was in a life or death situation and had to choose to either wear diamonds or pearls to survive, Id choose pearls. Diamonds are too bling bling for me....
