Horrible. Too many 1 of's and no cohesive elements. You have an awful lot of vanilla monsters that aren't even good. 4 of your tribute monsters require 2 tributes and Cyber Prima has 100 less ATK than the typical 1 tribute monster. Also, Monster Reborn and Graceful Charity are banned.
Tips/Suggestions:
-Use no more than 4 tribute monsters per deck. Only 2 should require two tributes, if any.
-Try to have no more than 45 cards. 45 cards is the absolute limit you can have and still have a viable deck.
-Use NetRep( http://www.netrep.net ) to look up any cards you're curious about or for card rulings. I've found that sometimes you don't remember card text as well as you thought you did. ^_^;
-Read the Yu-Gi-Oh articles on Pojo( http://www.pojo.com ) and Metagame( http://www.metagame.com ). Both sites have great Yu-Gi-Oh articles.
-Use the official website( http://www.yugioh-card.com )!! It has numerous resources that often go unused. The current Forbidden/Limited list is there, numerous gameplay FAQs are there, and a handy tournament locator is there.

Sorry,but your deck is not so good.Remove at least 5 cards to have 40 cards in your deck and then go to the sites Cynthia recommended to find out more about how to make a good deck.Good luck and have fun.I love this game!

Your deck is seriously good. 9 out of 10. However, do you know that Monster Reborn and Graceful Charity are banned? Use Monster Reincarnation/ Call of the Haunted or Jar of Greed instead

Either case.. it's pretty bad...
However.. do you plan to play in tournaments or with friends that are playing by tournament rules? Because that will make the difference between bad and banned....
