you could tell them the truth,,
or you could tell them something like that as a kid you loved having your birthday party there soooooooooooo much and you have always wanted to work there cuz it's just such a fun place to be,, crap like that,,,

You can say that you believe that you'd be an asset to their company.
If they say why, you could say that you like working with children and families. That it's a pleasant atmosphere to work in.
You can say that you'd make it your goal each day to help make families have a great and memorable time.
