WoW accounts have TONS of personal information that no one in their right minds is going to share. And that's even if they remember to scrap their payment info!
No one is going to give you a free WoW account, you will have to buy the software. If you cant afford the $49.99 software, you won't be able to afford the $14.99 a month subscription fee. Which absolutely no one will pay for you!
If you just want high-power characters for no effort, take the risk and hire a power-leveler like all the other cheaters. Just realize that you would have undergo the same risks as someone that would give you your account.

I don't even play it anymore. FFXI Online keeps me more occupied than WoW did.
