Mary (also known as Bloody Mary) was his oldest daughter and oldest child. She was the daughter of Henry and his first wife, Catherine of Aragon (King Henry formed the Church of England and broke away from Rome to divorce her and marry Anne Boleyn). She inherited the throne after her brother, Edward VI, died (with a nine day rule by Lady Jane Grey). She is best known for her bloody Inquisition of the non-Catholics in England due to her marriage to Phillip of Spain. She threw the nation into turmoil, but only ruled for five years.
Elizabeth was Henry's second daughter and far more like her father than her sister. She had Henry's coloring, love for the arts, and intellect, and while she may have had some of her mother's impestuous nature (Anne Boleyn was beheaded for suspected affairs), she never married. She was known as the Virgin Queen; she financed exploration, defeated the Spanish armada, and was known to visit the theatre on many occasions (Shakespeare was a contemporary). She has been called, at times, the greatest monarch of England.

Queen Mary I was catholic and the eldest daughter. She had a very short reigh, 5 years. She was known as "Bloody Mary" because she had a habit of burning people at the stake for heresy. She married, but never had any children and was the daughter of Catherine of Aragon, King Henry VIII's first wife who he divorced in order to marry Anne Bolyn.
Queen Elizabeth I was a protestant and the youngest daughter. Her reign was 44 years and considered the Golden Age of England. Her accomplishments were numerous. She never married and was the daughter of Anne Bolyn who was beheaded.

Mary I - Daughter of Catherine of Aragon. She was the queen after Edward. Known as "Bloody Mary" for the number of protestants she killed during her reign though Elizabeth killed far more people during her time in power. Married Phillip II of Spain but never produced a child. She is NOT "Mary Queen of Scots". That Mary is Elizabeth's cousin, not her half sister.
Elizabeth I - Daughter of Anne Boylen. She took the throne after Mary and restored protestantism. She never married and never produced an heir either. However she strengthened England and centralized the country more firmly, using her religion only as a political tool rather than for any spiritual aspect of it.
