It depends on your internet provider; would help if you listed which one it is. Pretty much all of the have this function.

I have AOL and to block e-mail from a specific sendern you go to "Mail" then "Block Unwanted Mail", the under "Additional Spam Filters" you click "On" then "Edit" then "Use a Custom Sender List" then type in the email address that you want blocked. I had to use this feature when I had a psycho stalker after an E-Bay transaction.

when ur cking ur emails , on the top right side corner u will see where it says mail upgrades , options, click on options then under spam protections it says block addresses click on it and go from there

once you get one back try un subscribing on the bottom of the e-mail if this does no longer artwork hit the junk mail button it will be in the menu bar. this may fix your mission.. strong success..
