No, agents are too busy finding work for their clients to look on websites to find actors.

Audition for the Community Theater in your city and invite the local talent agents to the productions. Agents like to attend theater productions.

lol, go to Proscout.com and see when they are coming to your location for free interveiw sessions...and then they tell you everything from there :)
