i think American Idol should change the process to the following:
Randy-Paula-Simon 25%
American Audience 25%
Artist of the week 25%
Actual record producer - last contestant kicked off - the remaining singers 25%

wow... that actually does sound like a solution. I keep saying "change the voting" but I haven't had any ideas how. That just might work.

I think it should just be taken off the air, then it would be a non-issue and they would be forced to put real television back on instead of that crap.

Change after this season, not during.
After all, you don't see anyone changing the elections midway, do you?
