plain and simply: yes of course.
but also many other western nations are at fault for climate change.
Now that these nations are industrialzed, they want to stop other nations from becoming better. So now they are recognizing the fact that the climate is changing and the world needs to do something about it. They are very clever people.

Partically because most americans are too lazy to try and keep the enviroment clean. or to just walk instead of driving. Global warming is because there is too much carbon dioxide (co2) in the atmosphere which is making the earth absorb more of the sun's rays. USA isn't the only country though, other countries are causing it too. just not as much. they've figured out some ways to reduce the use of electricity or anything that exerts carbon dioxide into the air.

No. March of civilisation destroys the environment. We all are responsible. But only America is ready to spend money in finding ways and means. Do not blame America but help the environmentalists to save the earth and the outer space. Without the leadership of America the efforts will be very insignificant. Just help.

YES, but at the same time so is every other country. at least US and CANADA are trying to make changes, countries like china, and india are almost as bad as us but do nothing to change but also cant because thats there way for export. crazy world

We don't deserve the whole blame, but we are the biggest offenders to date. Some other countries are trying to catch up to us, though.

why not? and who else can one blame?
they are the nation that has more than one automobile per head. they are the nation hurling bombs on other countries for their own benefit and wasting natural resources.
most important, they started the nuke competition and they dropped the only nuke bombs that has so far been used in our history.

because not usa hole world is responsble for global warming . due increasing of industrilazation .
