100% silicone clear rubber sealant is what I use. I buy it at Home Depot because it is much cheaper there than at the fish store. Just be sure you get the kind that has no mold inhibitor in it, that would kill the fish. The price at the fish store is about $8-9 for a tube, the price at Home Depot is about $3-4 a tube.
Cut the end off the nozzle so you have an opening about a half inch across. When you start applying it, push the bead of silicone in front of the nozzle so it forces the sealant into the V created by the two pieces of glass.
It takes 24 hours to cure and smells bad. Don't work with it in a closed space, you need good ventilation or you will end up with a terrific headache. Don't put water in it to check for leaks until it is fully cured.

Silicon glue ,sealant adhesive,,like the type used for windows (but don't get it at a building materials or hard ware store) ,but specially made for aquariums;available at pet supply stores or catalogs. Usually not worth doing such a repair. The glue will cost almost as much as a tank, and it may not hold.

convinced, maximum water-resistant glues are non-poisonous at the same time as they're completely cured. undeniable Silicone sealant is probable perfect, it really is whats used to placed fish tanks jointly. in the different case a 2 area epoxy like araldite is nice, or perhaps tremendous glue, yet thats no longer usually as strong for sticking rocks jointly. 100% silicone caulk.
Be sure that its only silicone & no anti-mold or anti-mildew additives. That's typically arsenic, which is a poison.
IF you only need to reapir a little leak though, they often sell small tubes at pet stores from All Glass Aquariums brand. White tube with blue & black lettering.

Silicon sealant - there are different kinds, some are for household use, so make sure you get one that is made for aquarium use. What you would find in a pet store is safest. Home stores sell silicon sealant, but these may have color or other additives.

I believe it's silicon adhesive caulk that they use to keep fish tanks together.
