I think the number one cause for right sided pain (abd. pain, I'm assuming) in pregnancy is ligament pain. This is from the ligament holding the uterus in place stretching. Very common as pregnancy progresses. However, other things like appendicitis, UTI, contractions, or numerous other things could be occurring. Best to check with your doctor. Don't be embarrassed to ask, OB/GYN's are used to women with all sorts of questions. Your first priority is healthy mom, healthy baby! Good luck!

I'd put a call in to your doc if it is still hurting tomorrow. Could be just one of the many discomforts of pregnancy or any of a number of other issues. If it is hurting down low (esp. if you are constipated and running a fever) it could be your appendix. If it is hurting higher (like up in the rib area) it could be a gall bladder attack or gall stones.

Even though it's probably nothing, you'll feel better if you call in the morning!

Could be your kidneys, or a urinary tract infection, or it could be your appendix (I've seen two pregnant ladies get appendicitis this past month.)

WHat you need to do is see a Dr. and find out, because you are no longer taking care of just you--you are responsible for the baby too.
