Nope. Biological mothers' rights supercede physical guardianship.
She's bullying you.
Legally, unless you've signed over rights, if their father is away, you're next in line to act as their guardian.
If this woman and your husband were married, she may have SOME legal rights, but it wouldn't amount to much.

You didn't mention WHY exactly he has full custody? Usually when one parent has full custody, the other parent was deemed not responsible enough to gain even joint custody. Probably every state has different custody/visitation laws, and unfortunately, the courts don't even care if the parent is unmarried. He could even say that she is his live-in babysitter, and the courts would accept that as reasonable. Sorry about your situation, this other woman sounds like she is trying to push you out of your kid's life. But there are always two sides to a story, and no way to know if your kid's Dad and this woman feel justified in their actions.

even if he has full custody, you still have rights. Unless there is a specific reason y you cannot have the kids, y can't u arrange it so the kids are with you when he is on the road? probably be best if you live in the same school district though. Or with the dad, make definate visitation schedule where the g/f has to abide by.

I take it your slaughter of the English language in your opening question was on purpose. At least I hope so!
Aside from that, if he has full custody and she has power of attorney while he is gone, legally there is nothing you can do. It sucks but the law is the law.

From the way you present it here, there's nothing you can do without going to court, either suing for custody, joint custody, or court ordered visitation.

Well, if he has full custody it would seem that whomever he deligates to care for the boys and such in his absence has the right to do so. Sorry.

If he has full custody, then there is little you can do. You need to sue for joint custody. If you don't have a good case, then you need to learn to live with it.

i don't know what your situation is, but you should consult an attorney - your city/state should have legal aid or pro bono lawyers listed that will help you free of charge

You, as their legal guardian, have all rights. She has no legal rights to the children and does not have control.
