PLEASE HELP!!!

Two guys trying to poison a third person. One of the culprits puts a lot of sugar in the victim's coffee mug. The other culprit says something like "what the heck is that gonna do?", to which the first culprit replies "he may not die instantly, but in 10-20 years, his arteries will look like a 70 year old's!!!".
